How much does it cost to hire a Mobile Bar in Durham Region? What is included?
Our Standard Package starts at $799.00 and includes:

All of our bartenders are certified, experienced professionals. We also carry general liability insurance for your peace of mind.
Please note: the event host is responsible for obtaining a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) as required by Ontario law. For more information, visit the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario at agco.ca.
How many bartenders do I need?
To maintain exceptional service quality, we follow a standard of one certified bartender for every 50 guests. This ensures your guests are served promptly, lines stay short, and drinks are crafted with care throughout the event. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering or a large celebration, this ratio allows our bartenders to provide personalized attention, keep the bar area organized, and maintain a consistent, enjoyable experience for everyone.

A mobile bar is a fully equipped bar service that comes to youโperfect for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and more. Unlike a traditional bar, weโre completely portable and set up at your venue, whether itโs a backyard, barn, banquet hall, or outdoor space.
